Where do you deliver to?
We ship direct to North America, Europe and indeed many other places all over the world from our main offices in the United Kingdom. For destinations not listed please email us at info@waterimp.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
How long will delivery take?
Normally units are dispatched within two days of receipt of order. Delivery in the UK is 5-7 working days from the receipt of your order. International orders should be delivered within 7-10 working days by airmail.
GUARANTEES & RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your WaterImp, for whatever reason having installed it correctly as per our installation instructions, you have 180 days to return it to us for a full refund. Please send us an email to let us know you are returning your item and once we have received it we will keep you updated on processing your refund. We recommend that you retain proof of posting or send it signed for so that you can be sure it arrives safely for a refund.
We also offer a five year guarantee so if you are unlucky enough to have a fault with your WaterImp within the five year guarantee period, please get in touch with us first to discuss next steps.
